Throughout his career, Nathan has consistently provided top-notch customer service in audiology, offering annual calibrations, routine maintenance, equipment installation, training, and setup. Witnessing the industry's transformation, he recognized the need to elevate operations. With a rich history collaborating with audiometric device manufacturers and diverse roles, Nathan has found particular fulfillment in supporting Military, Veterans, and Safety leaders to ensure the well-being of workers.
With extensive experience in real estate, Justin garnered recognition for assisting hundreds of families in Central Texas throughout his 20s. Justin began to learn more about the audiology industry after meeting Nathan and realizing the impact that hearing loss can have on an individual and witnessing it's impact in day-to-day life. He eventually joined Nathan to establish Pure Tone Diagnostics out of a desire to elevate the audiology service standards with a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness.
