The medical devices, audiology equipment, and other products and services available on this Site are intended for professional use only. By making a purchase, or requesting a quote, you affirm that you are a qualified professional authorized to use such equipment in your field of expertise and will be required to provide such proof to complete the purchase of any regulated devices or services.

3. Product Information Accuracy:

While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, specifications, or other content on the Site. It is recommended that you verify product details independently if necessary. All product orders are subject to acceptance by Pure Tone Diagnostics, LLC. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change, and we are not obligated to fulfill orders at outdated or erroneous prices. In such cases, we will notify you to discuss options.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment:

Your placement of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or services are rendered.

6. Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Audiology Equipment Calibration:

Our audiology equipment calibration services are performed by trained professionals with industry-standard practices. While we strive for accuracy and precision, we cannot guarantee the performance of failed or misused equipment or parts after calibration. Any concerns or issues arising after calibration should be reported to us promptly for evaluation. Failure to report changes in equipment performance may result in additional charges.

8. Returns and Refunds:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for eligible products. Please refer to our detailed Returns and Refunds Policy for information on the return process, including conditions for returns and refund eligibility.

9. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Tone Diagnostcs, LLC disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Acceptance of Deliveries

1. Acceptance Criteria:

Upon receiving the product, you agree to inspect it promptly. Unless otherwise notified within 48 business hours of receipt, the product is deemed to have been delivered in satisfactory condition. Please open and inspect all boxes for all parts, products, and accessories.

2. Reporting Defects:

Any manufacturer defects, damages, or issues with the product must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect our ability to provide a remedy.

3. Intended Use:

The product must be used strictly for its intended purpose as described in the product documentation. Any misuse, improper handling, or use beyond its intended scope may void the acceptance agreement.

4. Modifications:

Making any modifications or alterations to the product without prior authorization from us will void the acceptance agreement and may nullify any warranty or guarantee associated with the product.

5. Refusal of Acceptance:

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the product if it has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper installation, or any other factors beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Remedies:

In the event of an acceptance issue, we will determine an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, solely at our discretion and based on the circumstances of the case.

7. Acknowledgment:

Your acceptance of the product constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions, which form a binding contract between you and the seller or manufacturer.
